What is ICv2 Direct?
ICv2 Direct is a platform where retailers can buy directly from publishers. When you place an order on ICv2 Direct, it’s shipped directly from the publisher to your store.
How long has the company been in business?
ICv2 Direct is a new service of ICv2, which has been publishing news, sales reports, and opinion for retailers in the hobby games and comics, graphic novels, and manga businesses since 2001.
Why should I become an ICv2 Direct customer?
Rather than ordering from many individual companies, with all the paperwork and hassles that entails, you can order from multiple suppliers through the ICV2 Direct platform, saving time and money. You get the benefits of dealing with publishers directly without the hassle.

Are there any requirements to be an ICv2 customer?
In order to be an ICv2 Direct customer, purchasers must meet the following conditions:
- Be a business operating a brick and mortar store in the United States.
- Demonstrate retailer status by providing the store address and a resale certificate for the store at that address.
- Be over 18 years of age.
Ordering and Payment:
What are the wholesale prices?
If you are an approved retailer and logged in, products on ICv2 Direct have two prices displayed: the suggested retail price appears with a line through it, followed by your wholesale price. If you are not logged in, only the retail price is displayed. If you don’t have an account sign up by clicking here.
How can I place an order?
You must be an approved retailer and logged in to see wholesale prices and place an order..
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card.
Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your website?
Payments to ICv2 Direct are processed through Shopify, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Modifying or cancelling an order will be at the discretion of the publisher, and depends on where it is in the order cycle. Contact ICv2 Direct at ICv2-Direct@ICv2.com as early in the order cycle as possible for help with modifying or canceling an order.
Shipping and Delivery:
What are the shipping costs and delivery time frames?
Each publisher determines their own shipping ranges and prices. If you order from multiple publishers via ICv2 Direct, the shipping and handling charges will be based on each publisher's specific ranges and prices for the products in your cart. Publishers specify their shipping and handling ranges and pricing in the Policy section of their Profile page.
Do you offer international shipping?
We’re sorry, but we are serving the United States only at this time. We hope to roll out service to other countries at a future date.
Are there any restrictions on shipping certain products?
At this time, all products listed on ICv2 Direct can be shipped to U.S. addresses.
How can I track my shipment?
Publishers supply shipper information and tracking numbers via email for every order fulfilled.
Returns and Refunds:
What is your return policy?
- We want to ensure a positive experience for you when it comes to returns, refunds, and replacements of products. While some items may be non-returnable, most requests for returns or refunds will be considered by the respective third-party supplier. Our Returns Department will work closely with the third-party supplier to resolve your request. Please note that requests for convenience returns or refunds cannot be accepted.
- If your return or replacement request is accepted, you'll need to ship the products directly to the publisher address we’ll provide. Once the publisher receives and approves your return, your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase on our site.
How long do I have to request a return?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at ICv2-Direct@ICv2.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. You have seven days to report a problem with a shipment.
Are there any specific conditions for returns?
Returns can be made if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
What is the refund process?
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
Who pays return shipping costs?
Please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for returned items, and it's advisable to insure your shipment and use a carrier that provides proof of delivery.
How do I get a replacement for a returned product?
To get a replacement for a product that’s returned because it was defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, place a new order on the site. Let us know if there’s a freight difference (if, for example, the replacement product is part of an order at a smaller volume tier than the original order), and we’ll credit your account for the difference.

We’ll respond the same day if a request is received during our customer service hours; otherwise, within one business day.
